Hot zucchini and pepper.


INGREDIENTS

1 kg of zucchini

1 chilli pepper

2 red pepper

100 g of garlic

250 g (1 cup) of passata (tomato pasta)

1/3 cup of sunflower oil

1/3 cup of granulated sugar

1 tbsp of salt

2-3 tbsp of 9% vinegar

As the result you will get 3 jars by 500 g.

PREPARATION METHOD

Clean out and cut in cubes zucchini, red pepper and chilli pepper.

Add passata into a deep large pan and get to a boil on a medium heat.

When it starts to boil, add sugar, oil, salt and vinegar.

After about 2 minutes, add a mixture of zucchini and peppers. Mix and boil.

After boiling, cover your pasta (closing the lid not tightly - leave the liquid evaporates) and left for 40 minutes on a small heat.

In last 5 minutes add garlic.

Pasta is ready.

Acuteness of pasta can vary of chilli pepper and garlic by your taste.

Put pasta into a jars and left them in a warm place for 2 days, then you can keep your pasta in a dark cupboard or in the fridge.

Start sowing Florence fennel from mid month to sidestep cool spring nights. This will also avoid the plants' sensitivity to increasing day length and prevent bolting.

Tea and honey cake without sugar and butter

Preheat oven to 160 degrees C.
Ingredients:
200 ml of hot strong tea (black tea simple )
50 ml honey or Golden Syrup
200 g Plain flour
1 tea spoon baking powder
2 eggs beaten
150 g of prunes Sliced
125 g of raisins
Method:
Mix in a bowl the hot tea and honey.
In another bowl, mix the flour with soda .
Sliced prunes.
Mixed with the raisins
2 whipped eggs in a glass.
Added prunes and Raisins to tea- honey mixture. Stir.
Add eggs . Stir.
Add the flour with soda Stir.
add half tea sp. allspice.
In a large loaf tin lined with baking paper.
Put the dough.

Bake in a preheated Oven at 160 degree for about an hour.

what to do with mini sweet peppers

Take some chorizo out of the casing, cook it pulse in blender to make it finer. cook red onions, corn poblanos, jalapenos, diced tomatoes, add shredded pepper jack cheese. stuff inside. Bake for 20 min. Serve with an avocado cream sauce as an app.
